Donation and Sponsorship Requests

Island Air makes all efforts to support the communities that support us.

Donation requests are accepted throughout the year and are reviewed within two weeks of receipt. All requests must be received in writing on the organization’s letterhead, explain the purpose of the contribution and who it benefits, include its 501(c)(3) tax exemption number. Requests are not accepted via telephone, Facebook, Twitter, or in person. Please mail requests to:

Island Air will mail its donation to the requester or contact the sponsorship organizer. Normally, requests received within four weeks of the event date are not approved.

Island Air recognizes there are many worthy organizations; however, please understand our allotment of contributions is limited and we must be selective in order to stretch our assistance to help as many as possible.
